Can someone please explain the process of LMIA.

Is it done by the employer or an external attorney?

Who approved it?

My workplace is happy to relocate me but its gona be my job for getting things done.

They'll provide what ever is needed.

who should I contact in regard LMIA.

1. Employer must pay and apply for a LMIA. They can hire a lawyer to apply on their behalf if they want to.

2. LMIA is processed by the ESDC (Employment and Social Development of Canada)
