LMIA for owner

Hey guys,

I have been reading and doing research, however, I could not find any info in regards to my question.

is it possible for a parter of the company(owner basically) to do an LMIA for himself since, the CAD partner is leaving the company??

if someone can send a link to the procedure of what needs to be done, it will be great thx!!

Pretty sure that would be seen as an attempt at immigration of convenience. Don't think you could convince IRCC that you objectively searched the Canadian employment market for a suitable candidate in country when your objective is to hire yourself. My guess is your application would be rejected.
