I am planning to apply for september 2011 session in Delhi and waiting for acceptance letter from university.
By the time, I would like to prepare documents.

What are the documents required to submit along with the application?
Do I need to submit copies of educational certificates and employment documents?
Do I need to submit police clearance certificates?
In proof of funds, I have about 30K CAD in my saving account maintianed over a year in 3 banks. Will that be okay or I need to show my and dad's income and family property as well?

CIC site study permit checklist states that ... " any additional documents required by the responsible visa officer"... what does that mean?

I think, to be on the safer side, you need to put Total Tuition Fees + 10000 (1 year living) + 5000 (Air ticket etc) in your bank for a period of 4 months or above.

Documents you need:

educational docs (take a set of photocopy, they will see the originals and return it back)
proof of english, IELTS or TOEFL
bank statement + sponsorship declaration
yes, source of income and tax paper of your sponsor

these are the basic docs, police clearance and others may needed based on the place where you are applying from. Please go to cic.ge.ca and get the detail checklist of things you would be needing.

I also applied in uOttawa, still waiting for the offer letter

Do we need to submit IELTS record for Study Visa?
Do we need to submit ORIGINAL educational documents or just notorized copies?

Yes, uOttowa take very long time to evaluate your documents. Last year I got offer letter I could not apply for VISA due to my professional commitment.

d) Student Questionnaire Form

e) Schedule 1 (if applicable)

f) Study Permit Checklist – General (English version)

Can any senior help me regarding completing the forms.. It s very urgent...Thanks in advance
