I have a representative for my spouse inland application. So My question is the only representative can link my application or I can do as well??

If the Only representative can link application then is there any other options for tracking my application ??

My Spouse Passport Got Expire. And We Renewed it. I would like to know How Can I Update passport information in my CIC application?
I applied for Spouse Inland PR and Spouse Work permit. Do I need to update passport information for each application or One email will work for my both application?
