Link application to IRCC account?

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help me with this. I currently use a lawyer’s service to help me with my PR application. Today I receive my AOR. I wanted to link my application to my IRCC account but my lawyer said it is not necessary as I submitted online through PR portal already. Is that correct? I feel kinda weird cause I thought everyone needs to link their application.

If anyone could help, I would appreciate it a lot.

Yes your lawyer is correct. He received your AOR in his online IRCC account that he uses for his clients.

Your AOR is already linked with your application that he created through his account.
