Letter format to justify the Business Travel to count the days towards Citizenship

Can someone provide me the format of the letter to tell IRCC that I was away for certain days to business purpose due to my Canadian Employer and count those days for towards citizenship.

Can someone provide me the format of the letter to tell IRCC that I was away for certain days to business purpose due to my Canadian Employer and count those days for towards citizenship.

Just to get a bit of clarity is your Canadian Employer one of the below? As only working for them counts.

• Canadian Armed Forces
• federal public administration
• public service of a province or territory
