Yes that's the only medical. Ive got a letter just today for my interview date. Yipeeee so Happyy... Timeline : PR sent December 08,2013 received by CIC December 11. OWP 012514. AIP - June 08, 2014. Interview : June 24, 2014. Thank you Lord for all the blessings..

I agree..her application process is really fast, not just for being single but it was simply fast.

I just called CIC, and i'm told that a new decision was made that from June 3rd,medical forms are being sent to the offices back home. It's the office that will then contact my dependent family. The lady who took my call says, she cant give me any more information because it's out of their hands for now and i can only wait for the home office to contact me, which, she adds, might take several weeks.
I have just 90days to return the medicals, and i'm told that extra time will be wasted?This is super frustrating!

Is there anyone with a similar situation? Please help. What did you do in your case?

Hi，Julsen,I have a same situation like you,no 3-1 kit with AIP. What do you mean that you just have 90 days to return medcials? Did the AIP state that? Thanks for info!

Are your dependants back home in your home country? I'm beginning to wonder if this case is peculiar to my home country alone. Also, how long after the follow-up call did you receive the forms?. I wasn't given any concrete answers. The lady i spoke to when i called CIC says the forms may be sent by email. But my son is only 7 years-old and i didn't fill in any email address for him on my application forms. To this she replied that the home office might decide to send it to my email. It's just so confusing. She did say it may take a few weeks though for the forms to reach my family. If i don't get anything by next week, i will be giving them another follow-up call.

Hi I just wanna ask someone fill up the IMM0008 for dependent what address should they used ? Is it here in Canada or his address in the Phil? Just wondering bec.in his medical form immigration used my address here .instead of his address in home country. I'm the one who gonna fill up his IMM0008.ans I will pass to veg revile together with other documents. Thanks for the reply any one knows?

Dependent's data or infos so it should be their present address in the Philippines beings your LC2 dependents.

I just have an important question. Have you heard of a case where in an application is CANCELLED. I mean you get the OWP without problems but then the PR application is cancelled. What could be the possible reasons? And did the CIC contacted the applicant thru email or mail? And if an application is cancelled can you reapply again?

There are only 3 options that can happen to a PR application...get approved, rejected / refused and withdrawn by the applicant while in process. I think LIC should apply for PR within 4 years of his/her stay as caregiver otherwise he/she must go home.
