legally separated

Dear All,

I am separated from my wife for years now and have been filling my tax as separated. I am now going to apply for citizenship and noticed that the application form says "legally separated" which is not my case. Should I tick married? or legally separated.

Try calling CIC and asking what you should put down. Good Luck!
