Latent TB diagnosed at the 1st IME last year, do I have to re-do TB test again at the 2nd IME?

Hi all,
I have a question regarding IME,
I am applying for my PR, I got my first medical exam request in Jan , 2021. They found scars on my x-ray, and I was referred to the specialist to do Skin test and sputum test, the skin test shows positive, and 3 months later the doctor called and tell me I'm not sick, that could be just latent TB or some infection when I was young, and advised me to call them for treatment after I got my health card.
I then went back to the clinic and had the second x-ray, then my medical passed.
Shortly I received the medical surveillance letter, but I haven't done yet as I am still waiting for my PR.
However, due to Covid, my application had delayed for a long time and IRCC recently requested to do the medical exam again as the first one expired.
Does anyone know if they will make me re-do the whole process again with the skin test and sputum test again? as most likely they will found scars again on my x-ray like last time.
Can someone please share your experience with me?
Thanks everyone in advance.
