Late submission and rejection

1.What if i submit the documents for QSW 2015 in the last week of November ,and so it happens that my application is the 3501th meaning exceeding the cap , how many days will it take to get back my documents back after rejection so that i can proceed with the next cycle in January on the online portal ?

2.Also it seems that i am able to reach the minimum point without IELTS certification , can i still submit or is it a must to have ?

1. According to Quebec:

If the maximum number of applications in print version has been attained (3500 applications), can I submit an application online, and if so, will I be informed in time?

Yes, your application will be mailed back to you promptly and you will be able to apply online.

In my experience, last year it happened to me my application arrived late and the caps were filled, It took like 6 months to have my file back, some people are lucky and get it back in 1 month others never get them back.... my own experience 6 months...

2) If you reach the minimum criteria without IELTS you can send your file to assure 1 cap, and when you have the ielts results send it ASAP to get even more points..

We already submitted our documents including bachelor diploma and transcript. But the only missing document is High school diploma.
Do they usually reject the application just for secondary diploma?
How many days to know if you are rejected or not?

Normally they don't reject it right away they ask you to send the missing documents and they give you about 90 days to do it, if in those 90 days you fail to submit what they ask then they will reject your application

Base on below link, they will return the application if it is incomplete. I really hope your answer still applicable on 2015-2016 intake.

"The application must include the forms, duly completed and signed, all necessary documents, and payment of the required fees (in Canadian currency only). well it depends on immigration officer.normally it will be returned,whenever you submit your document try to check atleast 10 times.provide all information including additional documents to maximize your chance of approval.
