u can ask this question to rhasan,waziri,fahad,sufi. They all are frm Pakistan or u can check CIC website.

If your applying for Jan or Feb intake this is the last best time . . .

as the visa officer take minimum 10weeks = 70days to review your case and allow you for medical if he's satisfied with your case and after medical 3weeks again took place to dispatch your visa . . .
