Just a quick question , My wife took english classes in a Government of Manitoba funded classes thats called EAL(Acc college Brandon, MB) , do u have any idea would we be able to present(as a prrof of English) that when we apply for citizenship ? cheers

If you are ongoing student you have to submit 2 type of documents:
1. For Language Proof: As per CIC for language proof you need to submit either your Canadian high school diploma (which every student receives at a ceremony end of 12 grade completion) or a copy of transcript (photocopy). You don't need to submit Diploma and Transcript both, just meet one criteria.
2. For Education Record of last 4 years: Photocopies of Report cards from School and original transcript from university for current academic session for under graduate students along with a self printed letter from university student account which shows the student ID, full time enrollment and registered for academic session (as example Fall/Winter 2013-2014), program total duration (which is normally 4 years). CIC will look for full time study..
