Landing in Toronto Airport on a saturday?

Can I do the landing at Toronto airport on a Saturday and still avail the service center (for SIN) and all other services? or are those open only on weekdays and I should land on during weekdays. Thanks a lot.

Am not sure but you can apply at any service canada center later on
