Landing in the first week of july- SIN, Health Card, PR card

I am going to land in Calgary (AB) as an immigrant in the first week of july

1. How long does it take to complete the immigration process at Calgary airport?
2. I am planning to leave Canada with in 2 weeks. Is it ok if apply for SIN, health insurance card later on?
3. I am going to use my friend address for receiving my PR card.
Do I need to mention my friend name with her address?
Example “C/O friend name and then address”

You can apply for everything later on but if you apply for the SIN card, you can also have that sent to your friends address.

You do not need to mention your friends name with the address. Canada post doesn't care about the name, only the address. Each address is unique. Every apartment in a multi-apartment house has an apartment number. The post doesn't care about the name, they will deliver all the letters sent to that address to that house or mail box.

do they ask for SURNAME while applying for SIN card?????? i dont have surname in my passport.. now what????

When you apply for a SIN card, I suppose they will use your name as it is on your PR landing documents and your passport.
