Landing as PR

Hello,

My husband is about to land as a PR soon and I had some confusion about the list of goods. There are multiple posts on this topic but each say something else. It would be greatly appreciated if my questions could be answered.

1) Do I need to fill out form B4 or have a list written by hand or types sufficient enough?
2) If I am including jewellery on my goods to follow list do I need to have pictures of the jewellery?
3) Do I need to have 2 copies of each list?

I did my list of items by computer, typing everything.... the same with the items to be shipped to Canada
Include your jewelry... The CBSA officer will ask you for only one copy

Please help..I sent application on march 13,2017. Then march 31,2017- they asked me to.send the background declaration,schedule A..Cic asked me to do medical on april 12,2017..and medical results was sent on april 26,2017..
I checked online- it is still " medical resultshave been received " until now.
They didnt ask me to send any police clearance...i didnt inlude police clearance on my application because it is clearly stated that I DONT NEED TO SEND POLICE CLEARANCE,BECAUSE THEY WILL ASK ME TO DO IT LATER...some people said that after medical results, i would expect interview or passport request??????
