Where do you stay in Mississauga? I am asking because I visited once to Canada and was stay to Glen Erin Drive, Mississauga and after landing I am in a plan to stay in Mississauga or Brampton. I am an accounts guy and got job in Carpet store at Dundas in Mississauga. So I think these two intended place to live are near to Dundas.

As I you can see in my signature that I have already done medical of me and family. My wife has passed lump surgery which was non cancer disease. My lawyer has told me that my case can be rejected due to medical inadmissibility of my wife.

What do you say kindly share your kind views?

What does the Prognosis & Diagnosis say? If it's non-Malignant, there's no issues, u'd be probably put thru furthered tests & thus some delay, but eventually u'd make it.

If it's malignant, only then your lawyer could be right.

For People Travelling from Finch, North York, Sheppard-Yonge,York Mills area ( along the yellow TTC line),
TTC bus 36B starts from Finch TTC and goes till Westwood Mall. The frequency is decent for a week end.
We ( Anusha & Chari ) are planning to take the 11.40 AM Bus from Finch which reaches the destination by 12.28 PM.
We should be at Finch TTC by 11.30 AM & we have return buses as well ( 3.30 / 3.37 PM / ... ).

Any joiners please PM / let us know.

Hi Qorax,

I have an expired BC DL (expired in 2003). I do have an UAE DL for 12 yrs and am planning on taking the authentication letter from RTA before I land.
Do you suppose I can get a license in Ontario in like 10 days? will they recognise the expired BC license?

I also have a SIn card from before( with old BC address). Do I need to apply for a new one after I land?

We will buss you when we get there or if we have any problems reaching there.
We plan to take a bus around 10.30 AM from FInch and it is around 50 mins by bus as per the TTC website - timings.

Today's Successful Meeting

We had a great get-together today@Malton, Mississauga. It was nice to see the new joiners, their enthusiasm is appreciated. Special mention goes to the ladies, who took their time-off to join us. Especially that all lady-wives were present & they made the gathering so lively.

Also, it was a delight to see the members from York Region-Toronto coming over, despite the long ride. We thoroughly enjoyed the company, fellas!

We landed at Toronto Pearsons on 4th June,stayed at toronto for 2 weeks,completed all the formalities and came back to Abu Dhabi...Hope we can also join this thread...peace
