Lampton college fee refund

Hello I wants to refund fee from Lampton College. Anyone knows how much will they deduct. I came for September batch, but now I want to switch the college. Already got offer letter from different college.

I checked with college they told me $2600. Is that possible to deduct 2600$ if im withdrawing now 4 weeks advance of program begining
