or 27 days passed your due date.

Its 30 days before you can get it..though....

Always 30 days some times a little more but no earlier than 30.

Hi Everyone, A 4th line was added to my ecas I checked under my husbands name and there wasn't any update ( my husband is the sponsor). Its says that on the 8th of September they requested documents and I should send them as soon as possible. I'm just hoping to see some passport request soon. Good luck to everyone.

it takes exactly 30 days if the 30 day is in weekend you will get it on the next working day

Good morning ladies and gents! I'm at work and it's my last day here before I head down to visit the hubby for 9 days to celebrate our anniversary, and I just checked our ecas and we are finally in process!! Yayyyyy!!! I was starting to feel like we were missed hahaha. I know with the recent changes that there's a chance this update doesn't really mean much, but it's nice to be back in the same boat as most others at least now LOL!!

Today is a great day! ;D Stay positive everyone, good things are coming our way soon!!

good night all was wondering if i need an extention on my husbands medical how soon should i request his expires in feb and his two childrens in march his children are not coming with him right a way but to i extend theirs as well

it is my understanding that CIC extends the medical expiry date without you having to extend it yourself. someone can correct me if i`m wrong.

I'd like to know too, hubbys expires in Feb as well.

But I would assume you'd email them like a month before they expire?

it is my understanding that CIC extends the medical expiry date without you having to extend it yourself. someone can correct me if i`m wrong.

Since I've been on here, most people have emailed them asking for them to extend it. I think its better to email them, just in case.

Really? Oh lord, doesn't surprise me. My receipt email said within 30 days, but dealing with these ppl I should know better. Well, maybe next week then hopefully.

Mine was expiring the end of Sept . I msgd them at the beginning of Sept. Do it abou a month before an just ask if you can get an extension because you know it's expiring soon.

I think we may have to email but when and how soon before expiring
