Maybe this is some great news in disguise, it could have been the call for the visa but to print it they need the right size.

By the way, my husband said for the passport it is Jamaican Size, said the visa officer said the specification they keep sending out is wrong. Just a heads up.

It's a fustrating process but breathe....this means they were working on adding pictures to the passports. Try and get the pics back to them asap...you could have your fam here before christmas. Yeaahhh. BTW what is the correct size pics?

Nope. It still says in process bcg in process. We got verbal approval, prearrival services etc. Passport submitted since Nov 2. I think its normal for them

hi kieshat. i have the same situation. they took my passport in interview day (2 weeks ago). and i was told they need to do my background check before making decision on case. last week i received pre arrival letter and my status is still in process. so i dont know what this pre arrival letter means exactly. and i also dont know how long does background check take to be done.

It sounds like you are in the same boat like me. The process is not clear. It would help if they told us what are the next steps in the interview. I guess the wait continues sigh

Thank you Kieshat! Im much more relaxed now. Its Jamaican size but also have to pay attention to measurement of the top of the head to chin. In the email, they emphasize to tell photographer that it is "passport sized". Definitely not going back to the same photographer. So exciting!

You won't get COPR until u get ur visa. U will get both at the same time.
