Scenario is
Wife is canadian national
She wants to sponsor her husband
Now they both live outside canada and practically they dont have jobs in canada . Does this mean we wont be able to apply or maybe case gets rejected .
We have savings of our own .
Our maternal uncle has sent us a notarized letter of support till we get on our feet .
Do we need to get sth else too ?

You don't need to have a job in Canada when you're living outside. You do need to provide CIC evidence, intention to return back to Canada once PR is granted to the applicant.

Yes we do intend to plan and settle there once husband gets approved for PR . Wr have shown them that we have ties in canada . Like notarized letter of support from uncle . What else should be there

If they will ask at some point about proofs that you guys intend to go back and settle I would add for example different emails showing you are looking for the house/apartment, that you are looking for jobs...also exchanging messages/letters with your family/friends saying that you are coming back. But all of that is good to show when they ask for it, I guess.

We have a full notarized letter from our maternal uncle . All his family knows we will come if our case gets accepted . He stated in that letter that he will bear all our expenses and let us live with them till we find ourselves a job and get on our feet .
