About to send off the package for sponsoring a dependent child

On CIC to pay the fees, I see many options but checking through the site is it only $150 total consisting

Sponsorship application (per application) $75
+
Principal applicant who is under 19 years of age, unmarried and not in a common-law relationship $75
====

Right of Permanent Residence Fee $490.....does that need to be paid?

Nobody knows how much the total fees are for sponsoring a dependant child?

The Permanent Resident mother is already here

Any help would be appreciated as we're waiting on some advice before we pay as we don't want to pay the wrong amount of fees!
