I received my first GCMS note on Nov 2 and the 'Assessment' section looks like this

Assessment
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Final:

Application Assignment:
Due Date: 2018/11/29

So I requested another one in around Nov 15th, since my AOR is on June 15th (Inland - PNP), so Dec 15th will be my 180 days. That I hope to get my second GCMS note on that day, just in case if June cases are all delayed, at least I know where in the process is mine.

Surprisingly, I got my new GCMS note today! And it look like this, not much changes in the rest of the note except now the same section above looks like this now

Assessment
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Final: Approved

Application Assignment:
Due Date:

So both 'Security' and 'Due Date' became blank, and 'Final' changed from black to 'Approved' Does this mean now I just have to wait for my PPR?

Yes, you should wait for PPR email. Did you check the notes on last pages, if they have sent an email to you?

That note section is the most confusing part.
The only new note I found is:

Label: General
Office: Etobicoke IRCC
Text: (it's just blank here, without any text!?)

And the one before this was the same as my GCMS note last month

Label: General
Office: EE Eligibility
Text: A lot of text here, basically saying Criminality check passed

Is your primary office CIO Sydney?
Your file is approved, congrats. Just wait for the PPR letter.

No, as I said in my post, I am PNP - Inland.
Being PNP inland doesn't mean anything.
What's your primary office in your GCMS notes.
CIO Where? Sydney, NS.? Etobicoke?

Anyways doesn't matter. I'm suspecting your file is at CIO Sydney and if so you might have to prepare yourself for a wait because there are recent cases of files being approved at Sydney, NS but still awaiting PPR 6 weeks later

I thought PNP - Inland means PNP applicants who apply and currently live in Canada...

On my note:
Primary Office: Etobicoke IRCC
Secondary Office: Windsor IRCC

Etobicoke and Windsor are both in Ontario, also I currently live in Windsor, Ontario. And I don't see anything on my note says Sydney. CIO changes from Ottawa to Etobicoke to Windsor.

And my first note from one month ago was
Primary Office: Etobicoke IRCC
Secondary Office: Centralized Intake Office

Okay. I don't know a lot about Etobicoke's procesisng times. But you're practically at the finish line. Just hangon

Hi there, if you could share the actual text in this last note where your criminality check was passed I would really appreciate it. You can use this to upload images https://imgbb.com/upload

Be sure to Black out any personal info. Thanks

Please do you have IRCC Windsor email or any WhatsApp group where I can join applicant with Windsor as their processing office.

I will appreciate this as my permanent application was recently moved to Windsor from Etobiocoke.
