A file can be assigned to any office. Not all files are transferred to LVO, some are entirely processed in Canada, and only sent to LVO for the issuance of visa. Unlike the times when IRCC dealt with paper files, where the electronic files are processed is irrelevant. Further, if there are concerns about security, medicals, or issues which are solely related to agencies in Canada, the file can be transferred to Ottawa, even twice. hello, legal falcon pls do you know the reason why an agent will assign a file to ottawa twice other than another agent or himself...Please note i am in IP2 since august 2017.... this has happened twice according to my notes...i am yet to get ppr
how did you get gcms?I’m june 29 aor London VO [doomed, eh?] not sure why I’m still stuck after eligibility, meds and R10 is passed since Aug 2017... waiting for my Gcms for clues.
Anyone knows how to order the CBSA security screening report from outside Canada? Can it be done through visafile or getgcms?

file moved to LVO(london ) on aug-25th . received ip2 on 19th december. No updates since then .
DRD replied that an officer is reviewing my file . Dont know why its taking so long for june mid to end aor's at London.
4 days from completing 8 months after AOR .
Hopefully.thanks mate ..its been a long &painful wait .wish they cleared backlogs first before proceeding furtheryou will get ppr soon..ottawa isnt any better
