Got my AOR yesterday. They changed my UCI. Not able to login ECAS yet. Tried with file number & also with new UCI, may be it will take couple of days.

Your officer number is unusual, usually 3 numbers like 158 or else, never saw a DSxxxx before. Does your application have something special?

I got the same email on Oct 15, but in my email, i don't have any VO number but he has one -- DS01608

my timeline is File received on June 5
CC cash out on June 25
AOR on Oct 15

the process seems quite random....does not seem to follow any pattern...unfortunately cant do anything except waiting....there seem to a few May applcants still waiting......4-5 months to issue an AOR is quite ridiculous though..

This is not fair, i had applied under FSW2 not update for past 2 years.
now applied CEC thinking atleast will get it within a year.

Its ridiculous they dont process sequentially...waiting,waiting ..wht else do to..
Atleast we should request them to process sequentially...

Had ordered CAIPS for my fsw2 and waiting, I know they hvnt open my file at all.
whts bothering me is, my friend had applied same date as mine,he got the PR card itelf ,4 months back..happy for him,but mine processed no where...
