I called IRCC and the agent told me the Primary Visa Office is now New Delhi and Secondary is RROC. Rest everything is same as signature.

does this mean something?

this is getting frustrating.. something in-progress shows they are working on the file. Having everything marked as completed and a lack of updates is killing me.

Fongo app works well - it is paid though on app store so have to shell out about 6USD.

So finally I called IRCC and got to know my VO.
Primary VO: Ottawa
Secondary VO: New Delhi
All sections are completed on my tracker since sept 30

if you are all sections completed and have to wait till now for RFV/PPR, most likely you are in RROC. be prepared to wait 5 months from AOR
