Yes. 5 hour after immigration email I could link it

Can someone please enlighten me if there is anything I can do? My husband and I submitted our paper-based application to CIC on July 23, 2020, and we have not received an AOR, can we contact CIC to check on this? If so, how should we navigate through the call to speak to an agent as it seems like we need an application number to proceed further into the call? Thank you!

Call at 1-888-242-2100 (then follow 2-2-2-6-0 on keypad).

Probably they will give you XEP temp file number but you won't be able to link your file.

I suggest to wait until End of feb.

My AR is Aug 2020 and till date no AOR received. Currently May applicants are receiving AOR so probably I may expect it in late March.
