Salam Dear,
I have recieved my application back because when CIO started processing it my IELTS has been expired although it had reached CIO office before the date of expiry. My NOC 4152 Social Worker
However, i am going to appear IELTS again. some more queries please help:
1. I should submit the same application packet with fresh IELTS test result or forms have been revised since 25th Augsut, 2011.
2. Should i be submit a new bank statement or the same will serve the cause.
3. Police certificates are valid for how long?

1.as per my knowledge the forms were revised in late july and since then there has been no change in it.
2.send a new bank statement
3.PCC are valid for one year. if ur PCC is made in august it will b valid till august 2012. but PCC is not such a big issue for most of the time they ask for fresh PCC so u just submit with the one which u have.
