oh, im sorry i thought ur from the Philippines. bpi means Bank of the Philippine Island. that's my local bank who issued me bd. they right away pay scotia bank, that's y when i read u wrote scotia it came to my mind. oops sorry

actually, my sister and i applied for mi-3. keeping our fingers crossed for our papers to be accepted and be moved on the second screening.

had to call bpi main branch a while ago to inquire about our bd if it is already encashed. the bank personnel told me to call sometime next week maybe wednesday or thursday to give feedback about the bd.

may i ask wer to get the information regarding the DD had been enchased? because in my case my bank was in the province but i secure my bank draft in quiapo manila using my province account... should i go to my bank or call the bank were i get the DD? thnx much

Hi wespoint. Could you please help me in two issues in the new document checklist of FSW.

1- I did my masters but havent recieved the degree as to get the degree i have to submit GMAT score. I cant do it at this time. However , i have the original transcript . will it suffice?

2- how can one give proof of number of years studied? as asked in the new checklist? isnt the degree and transcripts enough proof? isnt it obvious that if you have your masters you would have completed your bachelors and all previous degrees?

3- Checklist asks for fathers birth certificate to prove his relationship to his sister in canada. However , In my country (Pakistan) it is not easy/ possible as my father was born in 1947/48. Can i submit some other document or is there an alternative?

Please reply so that i can take care of these issues. I will be grateful.

I suggest you call first your bank (quiapo, manila) to verify if your dd is already encashed. If the bank personnel didn't give you details and asked that you go there personally to verify, that's the time you drop by.

And also, it would be better if you have your draft details with you when you call for both parties convenience. In my case the following were asked;

Pay to the order of:
Amount

When CIC updated last CAP count on 21st July, 1122 has 52 nos out of that 26 from forum, which makes 50% contribution from forum. Now 1122 count as on 27 July is 187 and 49 are from forum which 26%. I guess by the time 1122 reaches cap of 500, we will be roughly 75 from forum? which will be 15%. thank you folks for tracking ppl in spread sheet.
