nd they told me to b rest assured that they will contact me as soon as the checks are over...................

Hi guys

This is dreams7850....it's been very long since our NER and have just logged in today and must say am very delighted to see so many members with good news!!....applications have progressed really well...well done all....

I am hoping my husband's NOC is still there this July so that we can reapply. In the meantime I have a few queries if anyone could help.... We live in London and were wondering if there are any good consultancies here that are genuine and good at their stuff....we applied last year however got NER due to work experience issues however this time wish to be very sure of the paperwork.......

Would be great if you guys could direct me to a few.....also does anyone know if one gets a refund after the NER at all??....we have called cic a few times and first they said yes and yest indicated that you would need to put that in writing....I am confused coz the website says they do...

Anyways thanks for all your help in advance and best of luck to all the folks waiting for the maple...

Dear Alirezaei ,

I saw your name in excel file of M.Fahimi's forum and saw the similar situation for mine. I have also applied for 1122 from Iran and documents reached CIO on 8th of July and got the file number on 28th of Sep. from Sydney but the interesting point is that since then , there has not been any contact from any visa office and in eCas also since 9th of October , the status is "In Process" but in detailed report just shows they have received my application on 8th of July. How is your case ? still waiting for the contact from Visa office ? is it the same as mine ?
As you know the people who applied even after us in July or later mostly have got medical from Warsaw and some of them even PP request and there is no delay for most of the people applied after July 15th . One probability for my case due to the investigations is that cases received at CIO before July 15th have been moved to Damascus and later relocated to Ankara where the speed is so slow and usually they do not send emails or update eCas system while Warsaw usually do.
