Do you think, I can make it? My application was received on 28th of October, 2011 by CIO for NOC 3113. My CC hasn't be charged as of now and Number of Complete Applications Received for NOC 3113 is currently 463 out of 500.

Please share your experience/expertise.

there is a chance that you are in the cap since it had been two months from the time of receipt of ur app package...

Hi I have the same problem as my postcode is wrong on ecas address and I also emailed LVO who never sent me a reply either. I am hoping they use my address labels for my MR and I am keeping a check on my ecas status so if it changes and I don't receive anything after that then I will get in touch with them again.

Hi I had emailed LVO with my address change too and got an automated response which was followed by another email informing me that they do update the changes in our file and also that these may not be reflected in the ECAS. You can read this email which I have already posted here sometime ago. Maybe u cd try updating the add. again as I also got a response from LVO only my second attempt. Have u sent a case specific enquiry to the LVO about the current status of ur application. V share the same timelines. All the best to you.

H guys finally I got my application package back from CIO with all documents and bank draft the application is stamped by red stamp CIC Sydney mail room which is 6th of September 2011 and by pencil they wrote up XF no. Which is the no. Of rejected file and in uci they wrote my uci no with red pen all with cover letter explained why they returned my application coz 3131 cap reached as well as no job offer anyway thanks Allah I got my package.

it is a relief to finally have it back, now u can prepare for ur July 2012 application, take this time to re examine again ur documents and forms to make sure CIO will give u PER as soon as they get hold of your package best of luck mel

Possie, LVO used the address labels I sent them for the MR. So don't worry....

Its good to see this. Did you contact VO before this email? As you mentioned that Sydney, canada received your app on 6th July. How does VO received on the same day? If it does then, what would be the fact ?

That's what I got too. CIC received my application on July 5. I got my per on Sep 8. On Oct 7 I received mail from Buffalo saying that it received the application on July 5. I guess they are using the original application date.

To my understandings thats the RBVO confirmation what we are calling here as 2nd AOR.

Your case is very similar to mine!
My first application (17.06.2011) also was returned due to cap reached . They did the same with that application!
I also got back the whole package in august!

I sent them back an email asking them to send me a copy from the ER letter. Let's see.
I hope everything will be alright...

hi Pat,

imo, CIO will not send to you the same letter w/c they sent to your agent bec in the form (w/c asked for email add) it is ur agent's email add that was given. it is mentioned in the form that if u write the email add then u r giving them authority to send any correspondence/s via that email add. and since it is ur agent's email add that was written there, therefore any email from CIO will go to ur agent.

the best thing for you to do right now, is to email them again informing them of email add changes from that of your agent's to a new one (w/c is ur email add). also, u can cancel your representative (if u wish) so that all correspondences (FROM CIO) will go to your inbox leaving your agent unaware of what is happening. I've done this before (changing email add/cancelling my rep) when my previous agent kept me in the dark.

after doing this, then request from CIO to send to you any letter (if there were) w/c they might have sent to ur ex agent to keep you updated on ur app's status. i believe that CIO will not initiate writing or even sending a letter to an applicant that is not PER (if ur app is in CIO stage). You are only informed if u got NER or cap reached once u make an inquiry. If there is no inquiry at all (FROM u/ur agent), but there is a letter from them, then definitely that would be PER.

optimist u seem to know about the rules regarding the old n new applications. as i told u tht she got her application package back. all the documents and forms were thoroughly checked and she was given a new UCI. the dd was not encashed n there was an accompanying letter asking her to provide the old application number.
my question is:
will her case go into the queue once more or it is already within the cap n they will just process is it once they get the missing information. wht do u think is gonna happen? hi, may i give my opinion? i dont think that she is in the cap anymore since her docs had been returned already. in case she submits one again, it will be considered as new application for that ministerial instruction. since she has a 2005 pending application, she needs to mention it in her fresh application so that in case when her new apps pass the eligibility review she will be asked to choose w/c application she'd liked to be processed, the 2005 app or the new one? she will be made to choose w/c one to w/draw. and w/c one to be processed

is it possible for u to post the complete content? minus the personal details. If the undersigned is Buffalo, plus the wording "received", then maybe this is ur RBVO...coz PER letter has FSW CIO, Sydney address w/ it...

i received my returned application package today , it was sent from cio at 6th December.

good thing you received it, mine was not returned last may, only the refund check thats why i have to start from scratch catching up last sept, because cap was reached on my 1st appl last may 2011
