Just posting your post just prior to your PER post.

Jan 02 is holiday too. So 3rd of Jan they will resume working on applications again. I tried calling call center but it drops the call after sometime. This means office staff arenot working this week.

Just to give you a feel of what a PER can do to you Indeed PER is such a thing. Goodluck buddy for the rest of the process.

sorry to inform u after a long time as i was not familiar with the forum or SS while i updated my information.....

i went through a CIC auhtorised agent, so my doubt is

whether my agent will be receiving my PER or i will receive through mail ?????

please advice ...

No doubt, your agent will receive your PER . GO, run and get hold of your agent and ask him to dig his inbox for you. It should be there by now.

Hello All Seniors.
I have a questions for you to ask relating to Background check. My reference letter was company headed paper where the address and general contact email and phone number are there. I also included business card of my referee. His business card obviously included his official email ID and his phone number. Now my question is:

Who should be contacted by the VO?
Will VO contact my referee?
or Are they gonna send email or phone on the general contact details which are on the company headed paper?

Please advise me.

They will contact the head office to check if the gentelman who signed ur docs is authorised to do so.... And to check if the information provided in the letter is correct.

These letters should come always from someone who holds an hr title if available and if not from someone who is high enough.
