I have responded to your earlier query. Hope you've read it. My first request to you is to read the
"Instruction Guide" and the "Documents Checklist" thoroughly before sending your application. Read it at least thrice or more to be precised.
Secondly follow the instructions in the
'Instruction Guide" without exception, no matter whatever whoever tells you. Clarify your doubts here, if any, in this forum. You will recieve lot of information, guidance and support.
About your new queries:
1) About not using a representative. It usually suffices if you write N/A in the representative column of the application form. However if I were you, to be on the safer side, I would write a brief note that I am not using his/her services for this application.
2) Please apply this year itself. Your NOC is far from reaching CAP (even with backlog). But again do be on top of your file and check everything yourself over and over again.
