Hello steelz...why dont u call CIC instead of just waiting? u can also ask for your client ID number to check your status online...

Hello Dears, I think they are planning to implement new immigration rules. They removed the "cap reached" red colored text from the list of 1122 and 3152 category. Some news available in the "RCI viva" link in the CIC home page and check the news with a title "ottawa ready with new immigration rule". I have tried to paste the link here; but not allowing.

I suspect the same as well as the updates took unusually longer this time, and they have also removed "cap reached" from 1122 and 3152.... could this be that they will allow as many applicants as possible regardless of occupation until the 10K cap is reached?

I think so. In the below article they are expecting more applicants

Canada's Conservative Party government will announce new immigration targets this week. Under the Conservatives, Canada has allowed in an average of 254,000 immigrants a year, and the number is not expected to change much over the next year. Immigration Minister Jason Kenney is planning several reforms which he says will lead to a flow of newcomers who will be predominantly young, well educated, highly skilled, and fluent in English or French.

Then what does this mean then? You mean to say that we still stand a chance? I am an applicant under 3152 for the month of August. Oh gosh! I sure hope so!

i called them more than twice , they found the file , they say that its being analysed and no decision had been made yet

i already called them jijitipie, i am not going to e-mail them as i won't be able to wait 20 days for reply , they said it take two weeks, and its normal for them to be late , anyway thanks for the news regarding the haloween day off now i understand why nobody got PER today +1 for the info
