Yes, my address had disappeared when I got IP with date and it reappeared 4 days later.

If you were asking me, my NOC is 4121 which is not on the new list. My IELTS score was 8.5 which has a score of 16 I think.

Hello Starali and other forum members

I belong to NOC4131. I am bit worried because so many people are getting refusals because their duties do not match the NOC guidelines.

I have two arguments.

1. Can you please copy and paste the NOC4131 on HRDSC or on CIC Canada. Because this profession is no longer in the skilled list, I am unable to find the wordings of the duties which CIC expects the applicants to fulfill. Please include any links for the duties description by the CIC.

2. I am sure we all understood that when Nova Scotia's initial intake office accepted our applications and recommended them to the Visa Officer, they screened us to be eligible applicants. I assumed that the job for visa officers was to verify that the information is genuine and true and clear other background and security issues.
Things like points are not 67 or job duties do not match should not be an issue now. It was already cleared by the Nova Scotia.

I think senior members of the forum like Qorax and Dr. Haseeb and others can shed some light on this. I mean this is against the procedure.Right? And this itself may be one reason to appeal.

By the way, I am still among the lucky ones who are waiting for the medical letter etc but noticing some very unfortunate applicants such as Dr. Paro and several others. This is totally wrong. OR is it not?

I am pre june applicant. started procesing 30.1.12
Today I have received email from CIC LONDON around 6 pm

They have asked me to send following documents within 60 days

* Updated original Police certificates from Pakistan for you and your spouse
* X 3 Passport sized photographs of you and your family
* Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18.
* Updated Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant


For PCC it will be expired...no problem and updated snaps also no prob

But for other forms
As I have already send them forms why they are asking me again?


Is it good sign or bad sign?
