Job title change

hi, I m working in Canada, I applied for express entry on the basis of job that I had in India, I dint apply on the basis of my Canadian job but I mentioned it in personal history ( it was skill c). However, recently ( in April) I got promoted and my job tittle changed ( now it is skill b) should I inform cic about this change or wait for decision on my express entry application.
P.s. I submitted my application in march

Since you have already submitted your PR application, now wait for PR approval.

You don't have to inform this to CIC. Promotion and job change during PR application processing does not warrant any action.
