Job Change in different NOC during PR process

Hi Friends,

My Current NOC is 2171 with four years of experience, and I am getting an offer with another company in a managerial role in different NOC. My concern is if I change my job during or after Nomination, then do I need to get new LoR from the new company or can I just add them in my personal information form and skip adding them as work experience?

Also, would change in NOC impact my chances?? overall experience is 4 years and all is in NOC 2171 and only this experience after taking a new job would have different NOC.

As you are not claiming points from the new employment it should have no impact... at least none i can see.

you are outside of CA right?

Yes, I am based out of India.

And is it mandatory for me to claim points?
