Hello everyone... It's been really a while since nag-update or nag-reply ako dito sa forum thread. Ang dami kasi circumstances na nangyari sa akin, both good and bad. But sumisilip naman ako once in a while dito to look at updates. CONGRATULATIONS po sa lahat ng nabigyan ng visa. Your journey for a better future for you and your family is now starting.

Now, I feel that I have the responsibility to get you all updated kung ano nangyari sa application since I was the one who started this thread (backread).

I'm a Feb. applicant, NOC 6212 (food service supervisor) bound suppose-to-be for Fort Saskatchewan, AB. My timeline is at

Sa tagal ng pag-aantay, it ended on a very sad note. My papers came back last November 12, DENIED... :'(

Reasons:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
1. family ties
2. length of proposed stay
3. purpose of visit
4. current employment situation

I really don't understand where they got these reasons. isa-isahin ko:
1. family ties: Di ko kasama ang husband and kids ko sa application. My parents are PR in AB, Canada, my husband's maternal aunt (and her family) and brother are citizens. Minus factor ba ito?
2. length of proposed stay: syempre kung ano lang validity ng job offer sa akin. max of 24 mos. it will depend later on (if ever) if my employer will extend my contract or not.
3. purpose of visit: syempre to work. what else?
4. current employment situation: i just finished my contract as a resto manager when i filed my application last Feb. Ang current ko is self -employed. May trading business kami ng husband ko and we have 3 employees. So more or less, management parin.

3 kami na ini-sponsor ng employer: 1 cook, 1 FCA and 1 supervisor. We filed our application separately kasi di naman kami magkaka-kilala. I just learned from my employer this information recently. Sad news is, lahat kami denied. My employer said that she is studying the situation and might file for a petition...

Again, the best that I can do here is to take this challenge positively. God answered my prayers, His answer is "No" or maybe "Not yet." We have to keep in mind though that God's gift to us is always good. He has better plans for me and my family for sure... So sa lahat ng na-deny, let's not despair.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for quoting that God has better plan always. Yun na lang talaga ang puede natin isipin ngaun. May applicant po ako and still patiently waiting. All im wishing is to have my visa granted soon for my daughter. At sana lahat ng mga naghihintay ay magkaoon din ng positive outcome. God bless us all!

eto din po reason nag applay po ako ng visa ng ala po akong work kase po fresh grad din po ako . ask ko lang po kung may nareject po ba ng visa na nagwowork pa sya nung nagapply sya ng visa thanks po

God has better plans. Medyo nagwoworry ako kasi lately parang medyo bad mood ang mga VO. puro refusal. Let's all keep the faith. Nagworry ako kasi parng they're assessing the march applicants na. March applicant po ako. and as you said, you submitted march 12, exactly nov 12 you got the result. ako naman po is march 20, then tom is nov20. nakakaparanoid. Yup working ako nung nagsubmit ako ng application. and until now, working pa rin ako. Kitchen helper ako sa peace river, AB. di related work ko sa canada kasi admin ako sa isang office. pero hopeful parin ako. ang ginawa ko is nag ojt ako sa hotel and nag tesda for commercial cooking. pra kahit papaano e may experience naman. sana maging okay. dito ko rin nakita yung mga tips na yun kaya gnawa ko. ikaw ba?

ako po nung nagpasa ako application e ala po akong work experience na nilgay kase po ala naman po talaga ko work .yun po siguro nag trigger kaya ang rason nila e rejecting nga ppo may application dahil baka di na daw po ako bumalik sa pinas dahil ala nga po ako work dito . pero graduate po ako 4 years course . ilan taon na po kayo nag wowowrk? 2012 po kase ko grumaduate . til now no work . yun lang po kase pa canada inaasahan ko

ako po nung nagpasa ako application e ala po akong work experience na nilgay kase po ala naman po talaga ko work .yun po siguro nag trigger kaya ang rason nila e rejecting nga ppo may application dahil baka di na daw po ako bumalik sa pinas dahil ala nga po ako work dito . pero graduate po ako 4 years course . ilan taon na po kayo nag wowowrk? 2012 po kase ko grumaduate . til now no work . yun lang po kase pa canada inaasahan ko

ano bang dapat na work mo dun? meron kasing mga work na no experience required pero it gives you an edge kung may experience ka rin kahit papano. 2005 ako grad. after grad up to now nagwowork ako. nakapunta nako canada pero vacation lang. sana umubra ang application. apply ka ulit. pwede naman yun. try and try lang. and syempre Pray until something happens! dont lose hope. bata kapa naman.
