Thanks po sa reply... nakuha kong mapa insert sa sched sa nationwide by monday next week.. kailangang ipaalam ko pa ba sa CEM na inabot nang ilang days bago ako nakapagpa schedule? last wed ko pa kasi nareceive yong email advise for MR and kahapon ang mail from AIR21 with the forms... please advise po..thanks

May visa na kami sa employer, pero need to update the Contract(Employer's ADDRESS) kasi na transfer kami sa ibang branch... (SAME EMployer, but Diff branch nya ng STore)

Here's my Question:

Is there anyone here na nakakaalam gaano katagal ito ma process??

As you mentioned earlier that you have already a visa, you have to contact your employer in canada regarding their new address thru email because your problem is about branch address..It took only a day if you gonna contact your employer sooner before your flight going to canada..

Additionally, it is better to update them regarding your status so that your employer will pick up you at the time you arrived in Canada.

How long will they (cad embassy) process our papers in regards with changing of adress of our employer..

If I may - couple of questions:
1. What is the reason you need to update the Employer's Address?
2. Were you asked/sent instructions to update the address or this is something you feel you need to do?

From your post - you mentioned you have been issued Visa's. If you have the visa's then no need for you to update any information with CEM as you have completed the application process. Any relevant information can be updated/added to an application in progress, but not afterwards.

However, as your conditions of work changed - then if you have not been deployed yet, then at minimum, there should be an amendment to your job contract/employment contract. This is to capture the change and for your protection as a contract worker - this is separate from the visa/work permit application process.

The WP issued to you (as this is via an LMO) will most likely have conditions tying you to your employer, but will not specify the work location.

maam dont bother anymore to send emails to CEM. kahit nga last day of 15days given by CEM ay ayos lang yun nga lang medyo delay na at mas ma delay pa kung late na ang result ma forward.

In my opinion, it is better na ipa renew mo muna yung Passport mo bago mo i submit sa Canadian Embassy diyan sa Riyadh! Para wala ka ng magiging problema kapag nag scan na ng documents mo ang VO sa Canadian Embassy, Riyadh. Mas may tendency na ma delay ka pa ng matagal kapag nalaman nila na your passport is about to expire....

Maam as far as I know pwd hindi isama sa application mo ang passport mo. CIC Riyadh ka diba? May nabasa ako sa applicant ng Riyadh na naghintay lang sila ng request na e submit na nila ang passport nila. Pwd mo pa nga kunin yung passport mo kahit nasa embassy na. Much2 better maam u post ur comments sa CIC Riyadh aplicants na forum mas marami ka matutunan dun. X Saudi din kasi ako kaya nag visit ako sa forum nila at may kunting depirinsya ang system nila sa atin dito sa CEM at di ko alam kung bakit.

At least 6 Months ang dapat valid sa passport mo. Pro mas sinunod nila kung ilang years ang contract mo ay dapat ganun din validity ng passport mo. Yung sa akin my 2Yrs pa na valid pro pina renw pa rin nila at nagpatagal pa lalo sa result ng visa ko. Mas tumagal ng 2mnths.

CIC Riyadh at Abu Dhabi ay halos parehas lang din ang delay ng result sa CEM na average na yung 4 months halos lahat na ng Embassy ng Canada ay ganun na. Kaya malabo po maam na maka abot ka sa June at alam ng Employer mo yan. Pray ka lang na hintayin ka nila kahit anong mangyari. At wag mo sil paasahin na sure ka sa June. Alam mo na gaano kasakit kung ikaw ay pinaasa.

Ans:

Transfer of Store. 2nd store of our employer.. I think they need more staff in the 2nd store than the first one..

2. Were you asked/sent instructions to update the address or this is something you feel you need to do?

They (agency) sent me a new contract (with new address) .. then I send it back to them with my sign on it.. they (agency) just said that they will just update our record on the embassy..




So.. I just want to know how long is the processing time to update our records in the embassy?

Nagapply po ako sa isang agency dito sa Pilipinas bilang pipefitter.
Ok na po mga documents ko. Ipinasa na ng agency as embassy.
Tapos po nagpa-medical ako noong June 2012. Lumipas ang 2 linggo, inulit ang x-ray ko.
Tapos sabi nila may tama daw po baga ko.
June 2012 po ako na-diagnose.
nag-undergo ako ng medication ng 6 na buwan.
January 10, 2013 last check up ko. Clear na daw po lahat. At noong January 17, 2013 ipinasa na sa embassy ang medical clearance ko.

Ilang araw o linggo o buwan po kaya bago lumabas ang visa ko?

hello po..welcome sa thread..grabe nmn po ang napagdaanan nyo..sana maging ok ang medical result ninyo pagdating sa cem..as per website ng cic, it takes approx. 6 mos ang processing visa..sa case nyo po depende sa decision ng vo pa rin yan kung ilang months pa ang itatagal..based sa mga mga previous thread n nabasa ko, after medical it takes more or less 2-3 months bago maapprove ang visa.

yes..hindi ksma sa counting ang holy week..check mo s thread ng oct-nov twp nsa topic nila ngyon ung statutory dates.

oo girl ako..... yes sa isang tenga dalawa butas..... sorry ha kung di ko masyado na paliwanag....... nagkataon lang na mabilis process sakin kase dito sa forum dalawa lang kame ni tintot ang january applicant ng cem.... tingin ko kaya ayun mejo mabilis ang processmas konti kameng applicant ng january...... sana maapprove lahat tayo.... nakakakaba.... kase direct hire tau wala ako agency....parang pansen ko kase pag agency mas madame requirements.....
