Where did you send the passports to? If you are sending to a VFS center, then VFS is the place to chase.
I sent my passports to Ottawa. I’m not sure if I can separately contact their office. Hence I tried contacting through webform of IRCC.

Oh, thank you! I called to their international number. I have a US phone number and not Canada number. Maybe I have to get a virtual Canada number then.
Yes, you must get a Canadian number. I use an app called Fongo, but there are several alternatives.

I do not know why they are hanging up on you, but you may have to select a different option. Here is what I used in the past to get to talk with a real person:

IRCC phone number: +1 888-242-2100
1-1-2-2-(9-digit application number)#-1-(4-digit year of birth)-1-1-0

I do not know if this is still accurate, as I call the last time more than a month ago.

Hope it helps.
This is still valid, I called them yesterday following this exact step. I was able to talk to an agent after trying 4 times.

I used a virtual number too from the textnow app. You can download it from the app store. just make sure you select Canadian number when you are setting it up. that way you can call the help line as if you're in Canada.

I received my GCMS notes (ordered on Oct 29th!) and they are a bit confusing. Application status is "open" and "in progress", consistent with the web interface. However, it also says in assessments that "Final: Approved". Furthermore, I can see that on September 2nd, we were placed in group "CPCO COVID RFV" and that on September 30, there has been a document issuance of COPR/CRP for myself and my two dependents, with "Status: not started". Nothing seems to have happened since, and no PPR/COPR email (including in spam).

Primary office is CPC Ottawa and secondary office Paris VAC. FSW-O from France, residing in France, AOR 17th Jan.

Does that mean that all that remains is for Paris VAC to actually send us the golden email? I tried contacting the VAC but they explicitly say they won't answer any question about specific cases. Any idea if raising a webform will help at all?
Hi, this is similar to ours. On my last GCMS that was received in December, the final: Approved. That basically means it is approved but no PPR yet as we are in the CPCO COVID RFV. Basically just waiting for the golden email, either from CPC Ottawa or Paris (in my case it's Singapore). I've tried to email a few times but it's always been replied by autoreply. So now it's just the waiting game.
