ITA Checklist- Jobs

I am a little confused for several reasons..

1. Do I need to submit proof for all jobs I have listed in personal history or only jobs held in Canada?

2. The requirements for proof of work mention letters from employers and pay stubs. Do you need letters and pay stubs or can you use pay stubs only?

I just want to make sure I het it right.
