CAN ANY ONE HELP ABOUT FIRE AND SAFETY JOB PROSPECT IN CANADA

I am Fire And Safety Engineer base from India would like to Enhance my career in Same field in Canada, Can any one suggest me for the better. What are the basic requierment in My profession. I am looking for the fire and safety profesional who can guide me well to overcome the situation.

I recently moved from US to Canada.I was in the US have a fulltime Job . I am an Oracle Application consultant having over 9+ years of experience, I rarely get calls. Met several IT recruiters in Toronto but still they are trying. The response is very slow from Canadian Companies. Even after shortlisting, I am still yet to get the Client calls. This is my experience, I dont know about others. If some one could help me in this forum, it will be great.

yes its based on banking technology sybase unix and C. but more than technology its past experience in banks hold ground.

I tried everything including Linkedin. The market for IT is very slim. Planning to reloclate back to India. Cannot afford to waste time here. Those who want to come here, please get an offer and come, so you wont be struggling much.

With the given labour shortage in IT field, we can say that there is a good chance that they may open the IT workers wp again. This is just a speculation from my side...

I am into Oracle ERP(Oracle Applications) and have worked big 5 Companies and have US experience of more than 7 Years. I have a good resume and the recruiters have said you have a strong resume. I dont know why still..

Hi GMR,
Oracle ERP is hot man, I am so sorry to hear that but patience is the key man. May be sometimes its luck as well but keep hope and I'm sure you will get something. When My PR was rejected I had similar feeling but I didn't give up and it worked well.persistence is the key.
