I am trying to find answer of my question, but may be ocean of information is flowing above my head ....
just one quick question.
1- i am IT Manager (0213) and as you know i do not fall in NOC list, so can i apply for any provience under PNP.?
2- I have no family in Canada so will i be able to apply for PNP?
