Is it essential to have the employment reference letter signed by HR?
I have a reference letter (all elements included such as duties, salary, full-time, duration, etc) signed by my direct manager on plan A4 paper but without a letterhead. My manager is not authorized to use Company logo in letterhead.
His business card and official corporate email are attached along with the letter, is that sufficient?
