I have PR and i did my landing in 2nd June 2008 and stayed for a month and departed. As family we decided to settle in peacemeal. Half my family moved in 2009 and now the other half i.e. me and my daughter would be entering 26th May 2011. As per the requirements of maintining status there does not seem to be any problem..hope i am right i.e. i still have 2 years from the 5. What i have heard is that we have to fill a immigration form and in which one question is that when did u last leave canda? Question number one. Is this mandatory to answer in the form. If so what do u guys suggest put the right date as June 2008 or ?. If i leave it bland will the officer still ask. Secondly do they stamp the passport on arrival or we are allowed entry just on producing the PR.
An early reply would be appreciate as i will be travelling on the 26th May..
