If I took the IELTS test say on 11/11/2006 then put in my simplified application on 01/01/2007? Will my test results remained valid going by the sentence "Language tests taken within one year of submitting the simplified application remain valid" ??

I sent my application on Sept 2007 and my exam is next oct (2008), if they don't ask me for my documents before oct 2009, do I have to take that exam again?

I applied through Port-au-Prince.

Probably as it will be outside the 1 year window of the submission of the application.

They say it is BEFORE applying- not After-- as I wrote to them and they replied:

"You would need to have completed a language test (which is normally valid for a year) prior to applying. Anything older than a year can still be submitted and it will be up to the discretion of the processing officer if this will be accepted or not.
