I am currently in the process of selecting my NOC, and I did go through many of the codes and I personally think that NOC 2171 (Information systems business analysts and consultants; http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=122372&CVD=122376&CPV=2171&CST=01012011&CLV=4&MLV=4) suits me best.
But I am not exactly sure. This was my previous job and the roles were a mix of web content developer, business analysis & digital marketing.
Based on the below duties, would you agree with me or do you think there is another noc code that suits me better:
Sub-leading the digital marketing teams of the U.S & Canada regions.
Responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies
that may span all aspects of the digital medium: websites – public and
secure Financial Professionals and Institutional email; display
advertising.
Set up Email-Marketing Campaigns via Eloqua and Pardot.
Create detailed digital project plans, run stand-ups, coordinate peers’
activity for successful, on time delivery. Manage mid and senior level
client relationships—including communications, meeting and
workshop management, when needed to define fit for purpose
criteria.
Liaise closely with Product Management team based in Seattle and
Toronto and the Compliance team on the digital promotion of
prospectus related fund launches or changes, campaigns and events
to ensure on-time delivery of changes.
Strategically build web pages on CMS platforms such as Sitecore and
TeamSite.
Use Google Analytics to measure site performance.
At the end I just hope that this would not cause any hindrance on my application. Thanks!
