Is Quebec consider "Distance Learning" degree for QSWP-CSQ?
If Quebec consider "Distance Learning" degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India
Or it considers only "Continuos Learning" degree.
As, I've completed BS in Computer Applications as well as MS in Computer Aplications
Will I eligible to apply under QSWP to obtain CSQ?
