is pr card not issued for minor child when we land for the first time

hi friends
i did my landing on april 19th 2014 with my wife and 1.4 year old daughter. we gave our friends address for pr card delivery and left back to our home country after 10 days. Today our PR card was delivered to my friends place, however only mine and my wife's pr card arrived, my daughter has no pr card. minor child is not issued PR card is it? Then what is the proof of PR status for the child? Is it just COPR

1. The child will be issued a PR card. As they are mailed separately, give it a week or so to see if your daughter's card arrives. If not, there is probably a problem with the pictures and may require a re-take. Your problem will be that you can't contact the call centre very easily from Canada to determine if there is a problem.

You may be right, may be there is an issue with the pic because the photo was submitted with the application when she was 1 month old. If the problem indeed turns out to be because of the photograph, how should I proceed, I am in India currently, will they ask me to mail them her current photograph. How should I contact them.

Dont do anything. They will mail you and lrt you know if there is a problem with photo a d they will instruct you how to fix it.

I am in the same situation. I landed here on March 30, 2014 and received PR cards of all my family members except my one son. I called CIC they said your file is in verification unit.

problem is that i already sent my family back, they are not here in canada.
