Is NB PNP Still open???

Hi Guys,

Can anyone explain how can we apply for NB PNP. I don't seem understand reason to attend session and link for it to get ITA.

Please help me understand this process, I'm keen to apply for this PNP and I believe my NOC is in their list 2171.
