Background:
I am a CEC candidate and have 2 questions!
I came from India to Canada on 11-Feb-2023 and receive PCC document with issued date as 23-Aug-2023.

1) If I receive ITA after 22-Feb-2024 (6months later from getting PCC) can I still upload it or it will be rejected?

2) Does CEC candidate has to upload PCC document from India despite being staying in canada continous for 1 year and apply used CEC category?

Question 2 - PCC is required for all temporary residents living in Canada. The fact that you are here for 1yr is very insignificant. Unless you were in Canada for 10yrs continuously, the PCC is very much needed.

Question 1 - PCC generally state how long they are valid for. My country PCC states that it is valid for 1yr on the front of the document. You should know how long it is valid for. If you receive ITA after the expiry period be it 6 months or 1yr, IRCC will reject it and request a new one.

If Indian PCC is valid for 6 months only, I suggest you start working to get a new one.
